Policies

Arriving Late

Lessons begin at the agreed time. No makeup time is guaranteed for late arrivals. If the coach is running late, the lesson will be pro-rated accordingly.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full lesson rate.
